March is a month of hopes, expectations and a new life. Although the weather was cold and windy, it didn’t spoil the pleasant mood. March is full of holidays, customs and traditions; it is dynamic and varied. Our school keeps and develops these traditions.
On 1-st March all the room and coridors of the school were decorated with martenitzas. We wished each other good health and good luck.
Little students from 1-st to 4-th grade congratulated their teachers and classmates with a great performance. They presented Bulgarian national customs and traditions, folk tales and songs. They showed their talent as singers, dancers and storytellers.

The 3-rd March is a National holiday of Bulgaria. It reminds of heroes, freedom and deathlessness. On that day grateful students from Y. Yovkov School placed a wreath at the base of a Memorial of liberators.

Another day of March is full of positive emotions-8-th March-Women’s Day. On that day students expressed their respect and gratitude to their teachers those women who spare no efforts and emotions bringing up and educated them.
The day was full of flowers and smiles and a lot of words of thankfulness were heard at school.
